Problem
Service businesses need a single system for scheduling, avoiding double-bookings, billing, and giving staff a working dashboard. most off-the-shelf tools force a compromise on one of these.
Approach
Built as a full-stack application with a dedicated availability/conflict-checking engine, integrated billing, and role-based staff views.
Outcome
A working reference platform we point to for booking/CRM and legacy-modernization engagements of comparable architectural scope.
